Exporting experiments in ISA-JSON format

An ISA-JSON compliant Investigation containing Studies, Assays, SOPs and Samples can be exported as ISA-JSON format.

To export experiments (Investigation, Study, Assay and related Samples) as ISA-JSON

• Select the Investigation
• Click on Export ISA button on the top right corner of the page
• Find the ISA-JSON (.json format) file in your download folder
